Move EX5.5 databases from NTsbs to EX2k 2ksbs

Hi all, I have had a quick search and come up with zero for the following problem.

I have an old NT SBS domain with EX 5.5. I also have a shiny new server with SBS 2K on it. Is there an easy way to move the mailbox and public folder store to the new 2000 domain (has EX 2K).

The domain names are different too!!

Any pointers appreciated.
