I have scores of Jobs on a SQL Server that I would to copy and/or move to a different server. Is there a way to do this without maually re-creating each job from scratch on the new server.

Use the Transfer Jobs Task in Data Transformation Services.

Some people prefer to script the jobs and use the script to create the jobs on the other server. Terry L. Broadbent - DBA

I dunno if there's a way to do this in DTS. Perhaps there is.

But one way to do this would be to generate T-SQL scripts for the jobs, then execute these scripts on the other server.

i.e. in EM, highlight (in the right-hand pane) all the jobs you want to export, then right-click and select All Tasks/Generate Script. Then proceed from there.
