Mouse Scroll Wheel

Hello. Does anyone know how to disable the mouse scroll wheel so that a user cannot move off of one record while viewing a form. I set the form Cycle to Current Record, but if a user uses the scroll wheel the data outside the combo box changes, thus leading to confusing information.
