Mouse-Over in Flash 1

Hello;

I have created a mouse over in flash. It is basically a vertical bar that goes up when you mouse over the button. The bar that goes up is called ShieldOne, It works fine but to add a cooler effect, I want the Bar to go back down if you roll off the button. Right now, it just goes away.

Can anyone help me with this?

Note that if you leave the movie area below the home button, it will not close down until you re-enter the movie area somewhere else.
