When navigating from field to field (either mouse or tab)in a dialogue window, the normal and desired operation is for the data that is in the field by default to be highlighted and when the user starts to type the data is overwritten. However, something has changed and now the users have to back space to clear the field. This is annoying for the users. This is not the case for all users. Any ideas?
