Hi,
We've a Motorolla STU-II/B security terminal and a Communication Manager 5.x
We've installed an MM720 on a G450, and connected the phone on a port of the MM720.
The phone is configured as an 8510T.
I've tried to configure the XID, MIM, Data Module, all options configured as Y or N in the Avaya.
And we've try different cables, cross, S0.
The problem is, when we connect a standard ISDN phone, it works well, incoming and outgoing calls.
When we connect the Motorolla, the station can call out without any problem, and with the correct CLIP information.
But when I call that station, internal or from external, the station won't ring, nothing to see on the terminal, nothing happens.
On the terminal we can set Spid, we've also configure that with the same extension as the 8510t station in Avaya.
Have someone any experience with this phone and how to configure? Does anyone know what the problem is for no incominc calls?
Traces in Avaya says: Station ringing.
Thanks!
