I have several titles in my film, all created in Premiere. They look fine and crisp when they are still, but even the slightest motion applied to them makes them jagged and ugly. It looks as though they are divided into rows of pixels and then every other row moves ahead of the rest, like soom ugly motion distortion. It's horroble and unacceptable. I need help.

try to use frame blending it may make it look smoother

right click
frame hold
at the bottom check frame blending

I tried it but it didn't work. The title only becomes slightly blurred. What I'm looking for is a way to make the title look just as crisp as it does when it is still. In the preview in the 'motion'-dialog the title looks fine, but when I render the clip it goes jagged regardless of what codec I'm using.
I'm running version 6.0 of Premiere with 384*288 resolution. I exported a frame and blew up a detail of a title in motion which can be seen here:

(the title portion is the diagonal black field and the text in it).

This is the final thing I need to fix in my film which I've spent hudreds of hours on. Please, help me! Thanks.

praame,

Motion imparts a blur to stills that enrages the gentlest of souls. Try using Image Pan instead, especially if you're using an older version of Premiere, such as 5.1c.

Good luck!
