I need to replace the motherboard in my Exchange Server 2k3 box, will I have a problem with Exchange? because the MAC Address of the new motherboard won't be the same...

The server is a Dell PowerEdge 1750 and the motherboard seems the be the same...

The MAC address does change, however, Exchange dynamically adjusts for this change. You should not encounter any problems, I've done it twice.
