I will be building my second computer soon and have come across a jumper setting that I do not understand:
Motherboard: Asrock GE Pro-M2
Jumper: PS2_USB_PWR1

One setting will give +5V.
The other setting will "enable +5VSB (standby) for PS/2 or USB wake up events". A note says "To select +5VSB, it requires 2 Amp and higher standby current provided by power supply."

Which setting should I use, and why? How do I determine if the power supply meets the requirement?

Many thanks for your advice.

Look at the list of voltages on the power supply. See what the 5 Volt supply is. You will want the jumper set if you plan to use a USB mouse or keyboard. The hi current 5 V is also used for wake up from standby and hibernation.
