Most courier font prints fine, except some lines....why?

Hi,

My report is in new courier font and looks perfectly fine on screen. When printing (I'm using Dell printer), most come out just as on screen, accept some lines that are lighter.

I have retyped, even taken the eyedropper tool to pick up attributes from another section and applied to text printing lighter...but no luck.
