Hi there,

I have a user that wants to place 10 stations in a Coverage Answer Group, but the page only allows up to 8 stations. Is there any way I can increase this or link 2 coverage answer groups together?

I have done this by asking the user to break the users up into a primary group and a secondary group. I then make to coverage answer groups (primary and secondary). In the coverage path C1 (primary) in point 1 and C2 (secondary) is point 2. Works well. If you have a person or 2 (supervisors) they can be members of both.

Work for Me.
Hope this helps

Hi,

Thanks Ed, I have suggested this to the user, but they are adamant that they want all 10 to ring at once. Have also suggested ACD with a pick up group, but they are not having any of it....

Bridged-Appearances... It takes up alot of buttons but would solve your dilemna.

Thanks,
CJH
