More problems with LJ4050 printer!!

I am using the PCL 6 driver from HP's site so that my NT 4.0 boxes can print through my 2000 print server. Problem is that the default setting for the printers only set on my 2000 workstations and the NT boxes get factory defaults. I need to setup landscape as the default. I noticed that the 2000 workstations have control over the print settings. The NT boxes don't have permissions. How can I get the NT boxes to take the settings from the server.
