This will definetely change things, its sort of like saying that a country can copyright @ a language. i wonder how the chinese citizens of america feel about this ;-).....

I think it will be a mess as usual, but hopefully the internet can improve communication through nations. If the internet can force countries to talk, maybe getting out of these stupid nations and towards a global government will be an eventual result. Because after all its people that determine how a country moves, not goverment. The internet has the ability to give the masses access to resources and ideas from around the globe.... well, just rambling
