Hi,
I've tried to set up the disclaimer following Microsoft's rules (look for 'disclaimer' or 'smtpreg.vbs' @ support.microsoft.com, for details).
For those who have already attempted this, what's the solution in a scenario where you have more than one connector, and those are not just SMTP ones?
The solution of chaining SMTP instances so that the one with the registered event sink will in the end add the disclaimer text, does not work if you need not to 'default route' you mails (as with the smart host).
Does anyone know if there is a way of registering the event with the SMTP Connector itself?
Is there any other alternative?
I'm not a Exchange wiz, but since events can be registered against the SMTP object, I guess it can be done with any other one, including the connector or the MAPI receiving endpoint.
You got it...I'm using Exchange + Outlook!
Cheers, Gabriel
