Can you drop me a line with a download link to the PCAdmin suite and also for programming the AutoAttendant? Im in Vietnam and and the local guys here are total rubbish and you seem to know a bit about the LG Ericsson.

still that buring question - how to program the AA on VM without the use of a system handset?

Im pretty sure they need a key phone , I dont think system announcements are available to be recorede via an slt ,but....try the setting a slt as the attendant console which is set in pgm 164 .

Thern try this
Dial 563(conf tone) dial 0 then 6 the enter the system announcement number 001 press # to start recording then press the hook flash key to save the message ,

This message needs to tie in with CCR table pgm 228 so message 001 needs to correspond to ccr table 01,

Im sorry Sean but this is pure guess work as i have never tried making a slt an attendant phone ,,but its worth a try.
