Monitoring heap size

Hi all,

I've been asked for monitoring the heap size increment on a server where transactions doesn't release heap space, causing instance crash.

Is anybody out there knowing a tool for heap allocation monitoring?

PS: Of course, I can't use the tab monitoring.....

You can use SNMP to monitor the heap in weblogic
