Monitoring all imbound and outbound emails

Does anyone know how to setup something in Exchange 5.5 to actually see all inbound and outbound emails and have them go through one account on the server?

Basically, I've heard this can be done...You can just open up a maibox and see every email that has come in and gone out...And you can save these to .pst's for later if you need to find old emails for lawsuits, etc. Can this be done?

Called Journaling, can copy all mail to administrator MB and then exmerge this to .pst for archive. Check out:
