This is funny question, is there any way to monitor what is being monitored?
I have one manager I caught monitoring a private call and it made me wonder if I could somehow monitor what is being monitored.
It would be valuable to know if the sales manager was doing monitoring.
We have setup so he (manager) can monitor only certain users.
I have call reporting software but I don't think that what you dial to do a monitor is recorded (output) anywhere.
