Monitor gets distorted with cd player going

I recently assembled a new PC and I have a problem with the monitor when the cd is spinning up. It get kinda wiggly on the screen. Is the because my monitor is too close to my case or that maybe the monitor is not shielded?

I am unsure.

Any help would be great

Hey Benner,
First thing, your case should be far away from your monitor because this does it to monitors. Mine is right beside the case and it wiggles all the time. Then when I turn my desk fan on it wiggles MORE!! I would advise putting the case in a lower area as to not bother the monitor. Also, the monitor is probably not shielded.
