Monitor Callibration

Is there a way I can callibrate my monitor so that I see what the printer will see when getting my digital prints through an online printing service? This is because I have got some prints back and they are not what I see on my screen. I would appreciate some help on this matter.

I use the Pantone Spyder, it's a reasonably priced monitor calibrator, it consists of both hardware and software.
