I have a cs1000 with latest software,just added sips trunks also using pri's.I have moh that only works some of the time.I can direct select it and it works.I can call in sometimes it works and sometimes I get dead air when put on hold.Any help would be appreciated.thanks

Sounds like restrictions at the trunk level. I'd compare all your trunks and make sure they look the same.
This would be Music Broadcast? Otherwise you need a trunk in each network group - I think this still applies.
