Is it possible to have MOH on a Partner 206 standalone (no carrier, no processor)? I have a customer who says they they had this. I replaced the 206 because of crosstalk. They have the MOH coupler.

Partner Basic (release 4) says you can use MoH via the adapter on extension jack 15; enable with #602. Your choices are 1 - tones on hold; 2 - dead slience on hold; 3 - Music on hold.

Release 1 of Partner Basic did not document this feature.

The one I took out was a R3.1. I replaced it with a R2.0. Since the cust said he had this before I assume that R3.1 supports this???

Ext 15 (moh) should work no matter what release the Baby Partner is.
