MOH on CUCM 8 Not working

Hi All,

I wonder if someone could help me with a issue I seem to have with the MOH on Call Manager V8.

I have set up the MOH Server on the call manager and have confimed via the RTMT that it is running.

I have also set the Phone Configuration for User Hold MOH Audio Source to point to the audio source as well as the Network Hold MOH Audio Source as well as th Device Profile.

Howerver when ever you put a call on hold (external or internal) you still get the hold beeps.

I would be really grateful if someone could help me before I go mad, as i've been looking at this for hours.

is your moh file uploaded to all cucm servers and not just the pub?
Also check the call manager service params that the tone is not selected instead of MOH.
