MOH For MICS 1

Hello, I am trying to install a OHP 6000 music on hold unit on a Norstar MICS and the unit comes with the basic patch cord so I cut the end off and it has (1) red wire and then copper strands. I have punched them down on the Violet green pair but I am not getting any sound. Is this the correct pair or is there another way to go with setting this up with this particular cord that came with the unit? Thanks...

It is pair 17 on Cable #2
