Modules compiled with trial versions of Delphi

Can anyone help. Each time I try to access files or folders on my computer I get an error message saying "This module was created with a trial version of Delphi. The trial has expired". Most files, I can open OK but not others such as "My Documents,My Computer and Recycle Bin" on my desktop. I am not a programmer but had to subscribe to a forum to find a way round this. Thank You.

Did you do a virus scan?

I have Norton Antivirus 2002 and Norton Internet Security installed. I have also done a few online scans from other websites with no luck. I am able to run Explorer.exe in Safe Mode but not in the normal mode.
