I got the above error message on my Timesheet database again this morning. Once clicking OK on the message box, it opened up the code window for a particular report so I assumed that report had become corrupt. So I created a blank database and imported everything from a backup copy except anything tied to this report. That made the "Module not found" error message go away but while attempting to fix the problem I was going through all the switchboard options and discovered that quite a few of the report buttons do not work. I get the "There was an error executing the command." message. But...when I check out the Switchboard Manager everything looks as it's supposed to be. All this from a (what I thought was) good backup copy of the database.
The "bad" reports go back as far as October of last year. These reports are strictly administrative type reports and don't get used so I'm guessing that the corruption followed the database. I've never seen a corruption affect so many different things before.
Any idea what could be causing this to happen? What causes the "Module not found" error message to occur? Anything in particular or is it just that code can become corrupt?
Any ideas as to how to repair the reports (other than deleting and recreating them)?
Your help is appreciated.
