What is the procedure to reset MM modem? is it same thing as rebooting MAS server or resetting modem will not reboot MAS server...

what i am trying to find out is,

Is MAS modem reset same as MAS server reset or two
different things?

reset MM modem. Unplug USB connection, then reconnect it.

Rebooting the MAS is different then rebooting the modem. Regardless, you should be rebooting your MAS every 180 days or sooner.
