I am in the midst of planning some IP address changes which will require the change of the IP address assigned to our combined VM Pro server & CCR server. The Voicemail Pro does not concern me as I have done this many times however CCR being a database server is of concern. Does anyone know what the implications of changing the IP of this server would be on CCR? Will the web/database interface have any issues or are there any articles that address the change of IP once CCR is installed? Thank you!

I recently change the ipaddress of the ipo within CCR and that gave no problems.
I think it should not do any harm when you change it on the CCR server itself.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Ok - so I changed the IP address of my server and the CCR services loaded up perfectly except the Data Analyzer IP address still shows the previous address of the server. I was able to modify the IP Office IP address (as this had changed as well) however I do not see any option to modify the Data Analyzer IP address. So much for being auto-magic!! Cannot figure out how to get this to update. I have rebooted the server multiple times with no luck. I read in another thread that emptying all of the event logs from the system from the Windows Event logs may be relevant and I am trying this now. Anyone have any ideas why this system did not update properly? All of the other CCR services are successfully running with no errors. The state says "disconnected". Running version 6.1 (12).

Sorry for posting so quickly! I just resolved the issue by setting the password once again. Apparently after you change the server IP address you need to input the password again (even though it has not changed). I updated the password and restarted the Data Analyzer services and everything is working perfectly. Thanks for all the help!
