Modifying the look of Access buttons

This is more of a curiosity whether than a question.

However, does anyone know how to get the Access buttons to be displayed differently?

For instance, like the way XP displays its buttons

Thanks PHV, but that wasn't quite what i was looking for. Although that is a good idea.

No, in mean, like the buttons on the XP dialog boxes for printing, saving, etc.
Where the button has a 3 Dimensional look with a back color that no paint palette can emulate and a bluish outline, when the button is selected, but not depressed and a orangie outline, when the button is depressed or mouse overed. Also, with slightly rounded edges.

Again, this is just a curosity was wondering about....
