Modifying Local Policies through a script?

Hey people,

I am looking for a script or a batch that modifies local policies (Deny Logon Locally). It could be WMI, WSH, VB/VBS, Java/JS or a simple batch, regardless, as long as it works.

This script will be run at startup to prevent users from loging onto machines busy performing other operations.

If you know something I don't, please, feel free to share.

There's a utility on the W2k Srv Ressource Kit called: NTrights.exe which does exactly that. You can read al about it at:
