Modify viewer layout

Hello everyone,

I am using CE 8.5 with viewer DHTML and tried the activeX and all others that come with CE 8.5. Is there an easy way to modify the User Interface to customize just the layout for the enter paramenters in the viewer? In the DHTML, the user has to scroll down several times to enter all parameters.
