Hi,
I want to create a Moderated Chat Application in which the Moderator is able to control if he wants the message to be visible to all users or not.

I am new to Cgi-perl. i understand there are lots of free downloadable applications. If someone has come across something with the same features please let me know. It would be of immense help.
