Modem Password

I'm trying to set up a remote connection to our switch using WRQ Reflections. I'm able to connect (I think) I get a blank screen. I think it's at this point that I type the modem password. Is there a default modem password that I can try?

Modems don't normally have passwords, is it an SEB that your connecting to?

does sound like an seb and the default is password but it has to be changed..
