I recommend that you go to your computer manufacturer's sight and search for any upgrades or patches. If it is a Compaq, the patch will be a "softpaq" that can be downloaded. Your Rockwell modem may be listed in the upgrade/fix as a Conexant modem. Whatever the brand of your computer, the manufacturer's support sight should provide what you need. Be sure that you apply the correct patch(es). Good luck.
