Modem appear #2 after sysprep

Hi,
After sysprep my machine, I found out that there is a #2 (lucent modem #2) but there is only one modem detected. Tried uninstall the modem and re detect, same thing. How to remove the "#2"? Thanks

This doesn't happen with every system, but you need to remove the modem before running SysPrep. Heath
