I'm new to SCSI.
Will this work with my Mobo?

My SuperMicro P6DBU (Rev 1.1) Motherboard can support up to a total of 1 GB registered / 512 MB unbuffered SDRAM memory at 100 MHz in 4 168-pin DIMM sockets. It also has an onboard Adaptec 7890 Ultra2 SCSI controller data for a transfer rate of up to 80 MB/s. For additional specs on the Motherboard, click here.

This is what I want:
SEAGATE
18.4GB ULTRA160 LVD 80PIN SCA 15000rpm 3.9ms 160MB/Sec Data Transfer, Wide Ultra2 SCSI (LVD)

any reco?

So what's your problem. You got everything ready.
But put everything in place and just rock & roll.....
