Mobo Compatibility - SCSI HD

I'm new to SCSI.
Will this work with my Mobo?

My SuperMicro P6DBU (Rev 1.1) Motherboard can support up to a total of 1 GB registered / 512 MB unbuffered SDRAM memory at 100 MHz in 4 168-pin DIMM sockets.
