Are you trying to use an Exchange profile over the internet? If so, are you using a VPN solution? If not, that'll be an issue. If you are not using a VPN solution, try setting up an internet e-mail account in outlook for each mobile user. Then, in the servers tab, specify your server as the POP3 server (provided you exchange server is set up for it). It's best to specify the ISP for the SMTP server (in my experience, our SMTP has always been a tad flaky). If your exchange server isn't set up for POP3, you have a couple of options. Enable POP3 on your exchange server (can't remember if that requires a rebuild or not), enable "Outlook web Access" (we have this running, and it's great. No special profiles needed, just a web browser), or set up a VPN solution to get your mobile personell "in-house" (or at least appear to be). We currently use all three options. I prefer the Outlook Web Access and VPN solutions, personally (a lot less hassles. Everything is stored on the server, and the user still can have off-lline folders.)
