Hi ,
Yes is possible connect mobile gateway or Analog Mobile Gateway to ALC Card 3c10114C , or Isdn Mobile Gateway to BRI Card 3c10117D .
In dialplan configure LCR , when your map Mobile number your routed call to Route 9 ( example ) that go to new extension list *0009 ( example) . In extension list *0009 your insert trunk connected to MObile Gateway
