Mobile call control Issue

Hi,

I've setup an External Twinning on a cellphone and it's working fine. The only issue I'm having is with the CallControl when I switch from the deskphone to the cell using the Twinning button on the deskphone. The call is transfered to the cell correctly but I have no longer access to the **... If I first take the call on the cell, the CallControl is working but if I press the Twinning button, it switched to the deskphone and if I switch it back again, I can't use the call control.

Am I missing a check box somewhere??

I think that's because it is a transferred call at that point and not a twinned call, so it doesn't listen for the ** anymore, complete guess though and probably bollo*ks

Just recently installed a 500v2 R8.0 and turned on twinning and when I checked the moble call control, it gave me a error and later found that the moble call control part needs a licese to use that part of it. Hope this helps.
