I have recently purchased a new ericsson p900, it is possible to get the p900 to sync via GPRS to my exchange 2003 server. Do i need to purchase a sync bolt-on to my server.

I have found a product called sync-ML but i cant find enough on the subject.

Thanks in advance

I don't know much about the particular phone you mentioned, but if you have a web browser that supports SSL on the phone OWA-PDA from is a very slick product for real-time e-mail access. I have used it with both Exchange 2000 and 2003.
