I've got Audix VM Release 4.0 Issue 2 and when I do anything with the mo-disk I get "Hardware unit Fault"

I put in a new disk, is the drive bad or is there something else I should be checking?

Thanks
John

I believe there was a QPPCN on that awhile back. Contact Avaya directly and they may be able to replace the drive for free.

Thanks,
CJH

I called and they were not very nice...wouldn't just sell me the part, wouldn't give me spec's on the part, GRRR!!!

I'll have to find one on the net.

John

Try doing a search on mo disk, there is a thread, (thread690-1024982) that might be what your looking for.
