mmc.exe - Application Error

Hi all,
When I use SQL Server Enterprise, this error happen:

Microsoft Management Console:mmc.exe - Application Error
The exception Privileged instruction
(0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x00c8600c

but other features such as SQL Query Analyzer work fine

I thought to be SQL Server problem, so I uninstall SQL Server and reinstall, but same error message. Maybe it's Windows 2000 server problem. Who can help me.

I understand now, the file "SQL Server Enterprise Manager.msc" is corrupt, just delete it and copy a file "SQLEM.msc" from SQL Server CD, change name to "SQL Server Enterprise Manager.msc". Then SQL EM work fine.
