mmc command line computer manager

Is there a way to launch mmc from a command line and also change the computer manager snap-in to open a remote computer?

I want to create a web page that allows me to click on a link rather than going through so many steps.

Just type MMC.

After loading MMC add the snap-ins you want (it asks what machine you want to connect to), then save the MCS file. You then just open this file.

I created the MSC file and it opens only for my Local Computer. I was hoping I could open a remote computer all at the same time but I guess it's not going to work like that?
