mm_menu (submenu) target_blank

I need to launch a new page (target_blank) from a submenu item in mm_menu. What do I need to do? target_blank only works from the top level, otherwise it breaks mm_menu.

Replacing this (piece of garbage) mm_menu is not an option today.
