MM5.2 DBN is playing MOH instead of ringback

When users use DBN they here MOH from the MM (not the phone system) while the phone is ringing. Anyone know where this is set?

Are you using blind for the transfer type?

Yes, I confirmed that is set. This is not our custom MOH that we use in the phone system. It is something coming from the voicemail system.
