Did anyone find a fix for the Web Client users not being able to login? I downloaded the global.inc and replaced it in the folder "includes". Now I get the 401 page, not even the login page.
Any help would be appreciated.

That is the fix. Are you sure the IIS is running? And that you updated the right file?

Go to Avaya's support site and download the Product Support Notice PSN 1753u. It's a date format problem with the unix date bug y2k38. If you can't get it. Let me know and I can email it to you. Its a simple txt edit to a file

Sorry about the redundant advice.... I didn't read your whole post....

Got it to work,
Here's what I did.
Went to computer management/IIS/web sites/Default web sites/webmsg. Right click webmsg and gave permissions to the users in the web client server.
Then I was able to login as a web client user.
