I know I am going to feel stupid when one of you provides the answer. I have an older OPT11 MM system that is perplexing me a bit.
When a VM is left the system take 15 to 20 minutes to notify the pager. Sometimes it does not notify the pager at all. I checked outdial menu, COS, NCOS level on MM sets and of course, the VM box record itself.
On occassion I do get two error messages at a time concerning this activity. The first message is an ADMIN message stating it failed to call the DN (the pager number) and states the HW location, but I see that HW location taking incoming calls. The second error is eror 2732, VSS node with the same HW location stating it is attempting an outdial with an invalid channel DN.
Any ideas?
