MM not accept messages 1

We recently purchased MM 2.0 and were surprised to find out that our subscribers can not set their mailboxes for announce only.

Has anyone found a good work around for this?

You can use the Caller Applications program to simulate announcement only mailboxes.

You have to set up the class of service to use the Aria TUI, as the Audix TUI has no way to record an announcement.
