MLM007 TROUBLE

ALL LEGEND MASTERS I NEED HELP. I have a customer with an 007, the problem is delay messages to mailbox's, message led pops up and message states received up to a day prior. I checked LINEAR OK. This customer is 3hr from my location so i am trying to keep from traveling. I assumed( big mistake) the mail was going bad, so i shipped a replacement 007 to customer and walked their data guy throug install. Today customer reports same problem. i pulled error log and found processor errors. Sanity INT not generated, Invalid sanity response, Test result register bad, Invalid slot interrupt, Duart Streaming INT and All ttr's unavail. I didnt have the data guy do a board renumber upon replacement, so i did it today remotly, i dont think this was necessary, but why not. Do i need to test TTRS? mAYBE REPLACE THE PROCESSOR? or just load up a bunch of cards and go onsite. Inventory is 4 408mlx, 2 008mlx, 1 016 t/r, 1 008 t/r, mlm and 2 100d.

Was the system working correctly before - or is this a "new" problem? Has the system been recently modified/added to? A few things to check come to mind: Is "Reliable Disconnect" set to "on". Is the last voice mail port, actually the last one in the VM calling group. Is the last VM port "busied out" by chance - check by calling the port directly to see if it responds correctly? You may want to refresh MWL.

From what you say, it looks like you have 8 TTR's.

Looking at all the other errors as well, is there a time frame when this happens.

Sometimes, if it all happens around 3:00AM, it means NOTHING.

However, if the TTR's are all getting busy, that could cause the problem.

Are the T1 Mods Tie Line, D-I-D, PRI or what?

What TOM SAYS needs to be checked FIRST.

Also, a simple one that bites a lot of people, make sure the time & Dater are right in the MLM007.
