How do I change the outbound Caller ID on a MiVoice Business Console?
 
You can navigate to station attributes and set the zone to the desired zone that has the Default CPN set in it.
 
Thanks! That worked.
Odd thing was what we were sending wasn't there, it was blank. The Zone CESID was populated, but not the Default CPN. On my other cluster, it was reversed, no Zone CESID, but the Default CPN was correct.

We were sending some oddball number....if the Default CPN is blank, what does it send instead?
